My PATH Outdoor Pursuits
My PATH: Outdoor Pursuits will emphasize the health benefits of outdoor, active living for children and youth through enriched experiences in sport, environmental education, outdoor recreational activities and land-based learning.
Students enrolled in Grades Kindergarten to Grade 9 at Duffield, Entwistle, Tomahawk, or Wabamun School—or in Connections For Learning's Home Education or Virtual Learning programs—may complete academics at their local school (or at home), and then enjoy a variety of outdoor pursuits determined by their interests.
Duffield / Wabamun My PATH
Eligibility: For Duffield and Wabamun students in Grades 1-9 or those enrolled in either PSD's Home Education or Virtual Learning programs.
Format: Four 6-week sessions (one afternoon per week). Each session provides different activities. A minimum of 20 participants per grade group (1-4 and 5-9). Sessions consist of multi-sport recreational activities, outdoor education, arts, STEM, horsemanship and sailing.
Fee: $90 per session per student

Tomahawk / Entwistle My PATH
Eligibility: For Tomahawk and Entwistle students in Grades 1-7 or those enrolled in either the Home Education, Parent Partnership or Virtual Learning programs at Connection For Learning.
Format: Fridays (Sept. 15, 2023 - June 21, 2024)
- Tomahawk program runs 9:50am-3pm
- Entwistle program runs 10:15am-3:15pm
Activities include outdoor adventures (canoeing, archery), land-based learning, multi-sport recreation, nutrition & cooking, agricultural learning and horsemanship.
Fee: $100 per month per student
2023-2024 Update: This program is currently at capacity in all groups; however, we are still accepting applications for our waitlist.
